COVID-19 

• We continue to follow recommended policies by Ottawa Public Health.

• These policies will evolve and remain updated in line with current evidence-based practice 

• Please wear a mask to your appointment. 

• We provide hand sanitizer for your use and wear personal protective equipment throughout the appointment. 

• Your temperature will be checked before entering the premises

• If you appear ill, are waiting for a COVID test result or have had recent (within the last 2 weeks) exposure to a confirmed COVID case or travel outside of Ontario, we kindly ask that you re-schedule your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

There will be no fees for cancellations with 48 hours or more notice. 

Same day cancellation or no shows will result in 100% of your service fee.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Booking

Appointment bookings can be done online through my easy to use booking system. You will receive an automated confirmation email (check your junk email if not in your inbox). 

Late Arrivals

I kindly ask clients to arrive to their appointments at the scheduled time. Please call to advise us if you will be late.  If you are more then 15 mins late to your appointment I will no longer have the time to complete your service. This will result in a no show cancellation fee.

Safety Precautions

Clients under the age of 18 years old will require parent/guardian signature for injectables-no exceptions. 

Parking

Street parking is available (free) at the house.
